The video was inspired by Marina Abramović's words:"Many artists get their best ideas from their dreams or in a state of complete tranquillity. I hate the studio. It’s a trap to me. Ideas come from life." I very much agree with this. People can often achieve unexpected efficiency when they are most relaxed, and Ideas come from life, and there are many insights and reflections in life. If people always stay in one place, they are imprisoning themselves. But many times, people are unable to make their own decisions. In order to survive, they are forced to trap themselves in a "cage" and even endure tremendous pressure, whether they want it or not. This is a very common social phenomenon.
In the video, I act like a person at work. This is also what I really look like at work. Working long hours made me feel bored and tired, so I became lazy and even distracted myself by playing on my phone. Pictures and music on my phone relax me, even for a short time, but make me feel happy. Although I realize that there is still work to be done, as the work continues, I am not as mentally exhausted as before.
Modern people are under great pressure in study and work. Stress can lead to inefficiency and is not conducive to learning and work. If you can take a break from your busy schedule, adjust yourself, and relax, you will receive unexpected results. However, taking a break while busy doesn't mean you're lazy. After taking a break, you still have to get back to the busy state. Taking a break right now can be refreshing.
